OBITUARY Harry Davenport Passed away on September 9, 2018 Harry Elliott Davenport, 85, of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, September 9, 2018. He retired from Rohm-Haas and served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He enjoyed basketball and outdoor sports. He was preceded by parents, Raulston and Minette Davenport; sister, Kathleen Armstrong and brother, Stanley Davenport. Survived by nieces, Karen Davis and Paige Hamilton; ex-wife Jackie Davenport; step-son, Michael Widener; step-grandson, Zhakary and cousins, Marcia Beckler and Freda and Allen Davenport. The family will receive friends Saturday, October 6, 2018 at Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Hwy, from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm. Memorial service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Dana Fachman officiating. Interment will be in Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Powell.
