Agnes B Herster 2018

Agnes B. Herster, 96, of Bethlehem Township, passed away Tuesday, September 4, 2018 in Country Meadows of Bethlehem. Born March 20, 1922, in Williams Township, PA, she was a daughter of the late Edward E., Sr. and Mabel B. (Parker) Helm. Her husband of 41 years, Charles W. Herster, died May 18, 1980. She is survived by a daughter, Patricia Teel, of Bethlehem; a granddaughter, Jordan E. Brown and her husband Christopher and a great-grandson, Jackson, all of California; many nieces, nephews and special friends. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a daughter, Janet Herster, four brothers, Edward Jr., Carl, Donald and Arthur Helm, and a sister, Alberta Medlar. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Bethlehem. Private graveside services were held in Northampton Memorial Shrine. Arrangements were under the direction of the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson Borough. Offer online condolences at In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
