Samuel De Young 2018

Samuel H. DeYoung, 86 a resident of Swanzey, NH passed away the Maplewood Nursing Home in Westmoreland, NH, following a period of declining health. He was born July 9, 1932, in Little Falls, NJ the son of Jacob and Nellie (Van Rosenburgh) DeYoung. He proudly served our Nation as a member of the United States Air Force. He worked for many years with the National Grange Insurance Company, as an Insurance Investigator. He is survived by his son: David DeYoung and his wife Beverly of Maryland, his grandson: Jeffrey DeYoung and his wife, Beth, his granddaughter: Bethany DeYoung and her fiancé, Brad Trice, great-grandchildren: Natalie, Reagan and Noah, his sister: Margaret DeYoung of Little Falls, NJ and several nieces, nephews and extended family members. He is predeceased by his wife: Ellen (Melletta) DeYoung, who passed earlier this year and his son: Daniel DeYoung. Graveside services will be held in the Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa, NJ, on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at 1:00 pm. Family and friends can gather in the parking area of Bizub-Parker Funeral Home at 12:30 pm for a procession to the cemetery. There will be no public visitation hours.
