Opal Cline Roberts, 78, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Holzer Senior Care. She was born on February 13, 1940 in Williamson, West Virginia, daughter of the late Elmer and Mary May Cline. She was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Roberts, and by children, Tina Roberts, Hansel Lee Collins and Nina Hatfield.
