Morris D. Tate “Mo”, 83, of Panama City, FL, passed away Thursday, September 6, 2018. He was born May 6, 1935 in Shelby, North Carolina. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Howell Melvin and Mable Tate. Retired CMSGT Morris D. Tate served 30 years in the United States Air Force and was a Senior Enlisted Advisor. He continued working with Lockheed Martin as a Subscale Drone Flight Controller until 2004. Morris was described as a perfect southern gentleman.
