Joan V. Nappier Ms. Joan V. Nappier, 70, of Leesville, South Carolina, passed away on September 24, 2018. She was born on August 8,1948 in Brooklyn, New York to Ms. Cora Lee Nobark. She was the owner of Joan’s New to You Thrift Shop in Leesville for over 25 years. She is survived by her son, Michael Astrauckas, 44, of Lexington, South Carolina, along with his family, Melissa Astrauckas, 34, and her grandchildren, Charles Astrauckas, 9 and Tayten Astrauckas, 4. Memories may be shared at www.barr-price.com/notices/joan-nappier. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 29th, at 2.30pm at Charity Community Church,1704 Pond Branch Rd, Gilbert, SC 29054. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Charity Community Church, where Joan was an active member.
