Janielle is survived by her children, Blair Wolters, Blaine Rowland, Brayden Rowland, Briley Rodriguez and Bryson Rowland; siblings, Brian Rowland, Coya (White Hat) Artichoker, Lynette White Hat, Casey White Hat, Lindsey White Lance, Sharm White Lance and Chavez White Elk; and 1 grandchild. Janielle was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Cordelia Rowland; biological mother, Delores F. White Lance; sisters, Tisha (Grey Grass) Garry and Michelle White Hat; brother, Yancy White Hat; and grandparents, Noah White Lance, Sr. and Madeline (Red Shirt) White Lance.
