FLORENCE Dotolo ANDERSON November 14 1932

ANDERSON, Florence M. (Dotolo), 85, passed away after a long battle with Alzheimers disease surrounded by her loving family on September 24, 2018. She was the wife of the late Walter C. Anderson. Born in West Warwick, she was a daughter of Frederick Luigi and Gertrude (Morton) Dotolo. Florence was a 1950 graduate of Lockwood High School and was Co-Owner of Andersons Tax Service. She was an accomplished bowler, where she won many trophies. Florence was a dedicated mother and grandmother and a devout Catholic who loved praying the rosary and attending mass. She was the mother of Thomas M., John W., Diane M., and Christine A. and son-in-law Carl E. Findley. Grandmother of John W., and Christopher J., and great-grandmother of Noah Anderson. Florence’s family would like to thank the VNA of Care New England Hospice Team and Dr. Charles L. Cronin III and his office staff for all the caring and compassion provided to Florence these past years. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am on Thursday, September 27, 2018 in St. Mary Church, 70 Church St., West Warwick, RI 02893. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Greenwich. Visiting hours and flowers are respectfully omitted. Memorial donations in Florence’s name to St. Mary Church would be appreciated.
