William Bill Russell Adams 2018

William “Bill” R. Adams, 60, of Warren, Ohio passed away on May 21, 2018. He was born on February 8, 1958 in Brownsville, TX to his parents Miles G. and Lena Tinsley Adams. He is preceded in death by his parents. Bill was a 1976 graduate of Westlake High School in Westlake, Ohio where he met Nataly Citron, who he married in 1979. He started his law enforcement career with the Lakewood Police Department in Lakewood, Ohio and in 1982 he entered on duty with the U.S. Border Patrol in El Paso, Texas. He eventually retired as an Associate Chief at the U.S. Border Patrol Headquarters in Washington D.C. after more than 31 years of service. He is survived by their three daughters, Jennifer, Morgan and Katherine Adams, his brother John (Clare Murray) Adams and two sisters, Susan (Norman) Foster and Kathy (Craig) Mullin, cousin Adam Jay Hill, 2 nieces and 6 nephews, and his girlfriend of the last 8 years, Kelly, who took excellent care of him as he fought his battle with cancer. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at Southington United Methodist Church, 4348 State Route 305, Southington, Ohio with Pastor James A. George officiating. The U.S. Border Patrol will provide funeral honors and a luncheon will be provided after the service. Carl W. Hall Funeral Home is honored to assist with these arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Border Patrol Foundation. Donations can be mailed to them at P.O.
