Obituary for Richard Brannigan Richard H. Brannigan, 77, of Scotrun passed away Thursday, August 30, 2018. Born in New York City, New York he was the son of the late Richard and Florence (Francis) Brannigan. Richard had lived in the Scotrun area for the past 13 years and prior to that he resided in Hamburg, N.J. He was a truck driver for the Decker Transport Company in Riverdale, N.J. for 25 years. Richard was of the Catholic Faith. Richard is survived by his longtime companion, Teresa M. Lynch and four sons; Richard Brannigan of PA, Robert Brannigan and companion Michelle Deck of Hashell, N.J., Scott Brannigan and wife Nicolette of Dingmans Ferry, PA, and Kenneth Brannigan and wife Artemis of Robbinsville, N.J., Richard is also survived by 3 siblings; Barbara Wells, Debbie Brannigan, and David Brannigan. He is preceded in death by his brother Donald Brannigan. Cremation will be private. The Joseph J.
