Obituary for Michael “Mitch” Mitchell Michael Emmet Mitchell, 60, passed away on July 26, 2018. He was born on July 13, 1958 to Walter and Mary C. Mitchell in Great Falls, Montana. Mike was the second youngest of 5 brothers. He grew up in Great Falls where he attended catholic grade school and graduated from C.M. Russell High School in 1976. He was previously married and is survived by his ex-wife Kathy Mueller. Known to those who loved him as Mitch, he worked in Electronics Equipment sales, including several years at Video Sat and Sound in Billings, as well as Advertising Sales at Q2 in Billings and KRTV in Great Falls. Mitch loved to entertain others and could often be seen gracing the stage belting out Frank Sinatra tunes at the local Karaoke joints. His fun-loving personality and humor brought light to any event he was a part of. Many family dinners were punctuated by side splitting laughter, courtesy of Mitch’s sense of humor. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers; Walter Jr., Thomas, and Francis. He is survived by his brother Pat Mitchell and his wife Lynn, his niece Mandi Mitchell, his nephews Greg Mitchell and Joey Mitchell and his cat Scooter. Cremation will take place and per his wishes, no services are planned. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him and the memories he left us with, will be cherished forever.
