Obituary of Maxine Trammel Maxine L. Trammel, age 80 of Gallatin, passed away Tuesday, July 31, 2018. Celebration of Life Service will be Thursday, August 2nd at 6:00 p.m. in the chapel of Alexander Family Heritage Funeral Home (100 Albert Gallatin Avenue), with Deacon Bill Hunt and Bro. Bill Davis officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, August 2nd from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. Mrs. Trammel was born June 20, 1938 in Macon County, to the late Oscar Lyles and Maggie Eller Lyles. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, William Allen Trammel; brothers, Eugene Lyles, Carlean Lyles, and Harold Lyles; and sister, Frances Burris. She is survived by sons, Phil Trammel (Amy) of Gallatin and Pat Trammel of Gallatin; and brother, Guthrie Lyles (June) of Bethpage. Mrs. Trammel retired from TVA after over 25 years of service. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Eulia Cemetery, 215 Fox Run Lane, Lafayette, TN 37083 c/o Carl Gregory. Online condolences may be submitted at alexanderheritagefh.com.
