Kevin Eugene Collum, 45, of Calhoun, passed away Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at his home, following several years of declining health. He was born in Floyd County on November 17, 1972, son of Bo and Marcia Scoggins Collum. Kevin was a 1991 graduate of Cass High School. He was a Mason, and a member of Sonora Lodge #221 F&AM. He was employed with Atkins Global as a Roadway Engineer. Survivors include his wife of 22 years, Michelle Maddox Collum; his son Zach Collum of Calhoun, and his fiancée, Savannah Wilbanks; his daughter, Kaytland Collum of Calhoun; a brother, Joe Collum of Cartersville; his parents, Bo and Marcia Collum; mother-in-law, Loretta Presley; father-in-law, Stan Maddox; and Austin Pasley. Honoring Kevin’s wishes, his body was cremated. A Memorial Service to honor his life will be held Saturday, August 4th at 3:00 PM from Clear Creek Baptist Church, with Rev. Donnie Summey officiating.
