Judy L. Haye, died peacefully on August 5, 2018 at the Norlite Nursing Center after a lengthy illness. Judy was born October 18, 1957 in Baltimore, MD. She moved to California after high school and began clerical work for a construction company, as well as property management. However, her first love was always child care. She moved back to Michigan to begin her long career as a nanny for Rhonda and Rainger Rossway. She then pursued other nanny positions with families in Illinois and… Read More » Delaware. Judy later returned to the Upper Peninsula where she was employed by Marquette General Hospital and a local accounting firm. Judy loved her furry children, her cat Maggie and her bunny, Scooter. She loved the Lord, doing crafts and collecting. Her dream was to win the lottery and travel to remote countries bringing gifts to children in need. Instead, God now has her caring for the babies in Heaven. She is survived by three sisters, Doris Ward of Maryland, Georgia Alsop of California and Norma (Ron) Libey of Gwinn; many special nieces and nephews; special friends, the Rossway’s, the Jackson’s and the Bratonia’s. We will all miss her. Judy was preceded in death by her parent, Earland and Annie Haye. A graveside service will take place on Sunday, August 12th at 2p.m. in the Gwinn Cemetery with Pastor Ron Libey officiating.
