Obituary for Jewell Jarrard Services for Jewell A. Hagan Jarrard, 78 of Thomasville will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, August 25, 2018 at Salem Baptist Church, where she was a member. Pastor Wayne Goff will officiate and interment will follow in the church cemetery. Ms. Jarrard passed away August 21 at Magnolia Manor in Moultrie. Born June 8, 1940 in Pavo, she was the daughter of the late Lorene Moncrief. She is also preceded in death by her husbands, Edward Hampton in 1989 after 21 years of marriage and Jerry Jarrard in 2007. She is survived by her daughter, Jackie Hampton Dixon and husband Mark of Thomasville, Frances Hampton of Moultrie and Amanda Hampton Tilley of Albany; grandchildren, Rebecca Hampton, Payton Dixon and Parker Dixon and numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Jim Hagan and Hattie Gandy Hagan. The family would like to thank the staff of Magnolia Manor for their great care, and a special thanks to Ms. Peggy Randall, who treated Jewell like she was her mom. The family will receive friends 10-11 am before the service at Salem Church. Memorial donations can be made to Salem Baptist Church Cemetery Fund at 10307 Salem Rd, Pavo, GA, 31778.
