Obituary for James Ross James Lee Ross of Horsham, PA passed away peacefully on Thursday August 23, 2018 with his wife by his side. He was 73 years old. Born in Herdon, PA, he was one of ten children to the late Lee and Gertrude (nee Bowers) Ross. He was the beloved husband of Diane A. (nee Dziadosz) and loving father of Lori (Joe) Danko, Jessie (Ed) Ford. He was preceded in death by his oldest daughter, Karen Glackin. He was a loving Pop-Pop who enjoyed spending time with his seven grandchildren, Tim and Francis Glackin, Jacob and Callie Danko, Karen, Brayden, and Ella Ford. Jim enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing. He was a baseball fan and enjoyed woodworking, metal detecting, and spending quality time with his family. Relatives and friends will be received Monday evening August 27th after 7:00 pm until the time of his memorial service at 8:30 pm in the Decker Funeral Home, 216 York Road, Warminster, PA 18974. In lieu of flowers, the family requests for donations to be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105 or Breathing Room P.O. Box 287, Jenkintown, PA 19046, in James’ name.
