OBITUARY Esther K Yannella July 30, 1928 – July 28, 2018 Esther K. Yannella, 89, passed away on July 28th, 2018. She was born on July 30th, 1928 in Brooklyn, New York. Esther attended high school in Brooklyn and later moved to Arizona when she was in her 20’s. It was in Phoenix, that she met her husband of almost 60 years, Thomas C. Yannella. Esther was a very organized and highly detailed person. She was an executive secretary for almost 40 years, and she did not retire from her profession until her 70’s. Esther worked for First National Bank and Honeywell. She and her husband enjoyed traveling. One of their earliest adventures was to Europe for one month shortly after they were married. Esther was a devout Christian, loving sister and wife. She is survived by her brother, John Haldenwang and many friends from her church. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 7th at 10:00 a.m. and a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Services will be held at Green Acres Mortuary Family Room and a light fare luncheon will follow the funeral service in the Green Acres Mortuary Reception Room.
