Mr. Dale Parks 58, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, July 29, 2018. Dale Roy Parks aka “Head” was born September 2, 1959 in Little Rock to Frank and Martha Parks He accepted Christ and was baptized in Jesus name at First Pentecostal Church in Tucker, Arkansas under the leadership of Bishop Jethro Harris Jr. Dale is proceeded in death by: the late Frank and Martha(Burress) Parks a sister Joyce Ann Parks one brother Curtis Dean Parks Sr, one niece Melanie Parks, three nephews Charles”Chuck” Parks Jr, Reginald Deon Parks, Curtis Parks Jr, 5 uncles and 3 aunts. He leaves to cherish his memories: 3 sisters Shirley(Bobby) Clinger, Betty Barnes both of Little Rock and Brenda Parks Robinson of England. 5 brothers: Earl(Liz)Parks of Independence, Kansas, Charles Sr (Joyce)Parks of Stuttgart, Arkansas David(Velma)Parks of North Little Rock, Arkansas, Ricky and Billy Parks both of Little Rock, Arkansas aunts and in-law : Lorriane (Jeff) Parker of Little Rock and Iola Burress. A special nephew Kaylan Clinger aka “Buddy” and a host of other nephews, nieces, family and friends.
