Barbara Lynn Bristol Stokes, passed away August 19, 2018. She was born 12/15/1960. She is survived by her beloved husband, Billy Joe Stokes of 37 years. Together they have 3 daughters and 8 grandchildren. A Celebration of her Life will be Sunday from 2 to 5PM at the Sunset Park, 1117 !6th Avenue, Council Bluffs.
