Obituary for Arthur Erlandson Jr. Erlandson, Arthur H. Jr., passed away at home, Wednesday, August 1, 2018 after an extended struggle with cancer, He was born October 7, 1926 in Medford, Massachusetts to Arthur H. Erlandson, Sr. and Lillian Gertrude Finnerty Erlandson. A veteran, he served in the United States Army from 1946-1947. He married Margaret Mary Leary on July 1, 1950. He was employed by Raytheon Corporation as a mechanical design engineer; he retired from Raytheon in 1987 after more than 30 years of service. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 68 years, Margaret; his children: Jeanne (Bill Nix), Paula (Bruce Ferguson), Daniel (Michelle), and Bill (Josée); his grandchildren: Chuck, Ted, Jennifer, Sam (Lily), Doug, Saralina, Louisa, Jacob, and Abby; his great granddaughter, Callie, and a brother, Ronald. His sister, Coralee, predeceased him. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Camillus Church on Saturday August 4th at 10:00 A.M. Relatives and friends are invited. Burial St. Paul Cemetery, Arlington. Visiting hours Friday August 3rd from 4:00 to 7:00P.M. at the DeVito Funeral Home 1145 Mass Avenue ARLINGTON.
