OBITUARY Zachary David Rich November 27, 1999 – July 18, 2018 Zachary David Rich, age 18, died on July 18, 2018 in Jacksonville, Florida. Zachary was born November 27, 1999 in Jacksonville, Florida to his parents, Robert and Victoria Rich. He graduated from Sandalwood High School in 2018. In 2017 he enrolled in the US Navy’s delayed entry program and was in the program up until the time of his demise. Zachary was fine son and a loving brother. He was an introspective young man who was deeply involved in sports for the majority of his life. Zachary especially loved playing basketball. His family and friends will always remember him as a loving, obedient and thoughtful person. Zachary is survived by his father, Robert S. Rich and his sister, Rosemarie M. Rich. He is preceded in death by his mother, Victoria Hayes Rich. Visitation will be held from 1:00pm to 2:00pm on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home, 850 St. Johns Bluff Road North, Jacksonville, Florida 32225. The funeral service will follow the same day at 2:00pm at the funeral home. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Zachary’s life. The family would like to thank friends and family for their prayers and support at this time of grief.
