Thomas M. Miller, 90, of Robinson Township, died June 28, 2018. He was born October 9, 1927 in Pittsburgh, a son of the late Peter and Ann (Cavanaugh) Miller. Mr. Miller worked for Weigand electric for over 25 years. He later retired from the US Postal service as a mail handler. He was an Army veteran of both WWII and the Korean War where he earned several medals including the Silver Star and Purple Heart. On July 18, 1997, he married Marianne Choich, who survives. Also surviving are four step-children, Debra (Hector) Delaney of Sturgeon, Richard (Barbara) Kaleugher of Kennedy Township, Pamela (John) McConkey of Coraopolis and Douglas (Dina) Kaleugher of Seven Fields; a brother, Robert Miller of NJ; a sister, Patricia Henkel of CA; cherished pappy of nine grandchildren; and great pappy of fifteen great-grandchildren. Deceased is a brother Charles Miller. Family will receive friends, Monday, July 2, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Nation Funeral Home Inc., 220 E. Lincoln Ave., McDonald, where a Blessing Service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 3, 2018. Interment will follow in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
