Obituary for Shirley J. (Perry) Veronesi Shirley J. (Perry) Veronesi, 75 years old, of North Dighton, died on Saturday, June 30, 2018, in Morton Hospital, Taunton. Shirley was the wife of Douglas A. Veronesi of North Dighton. She was educated in Dighton Schools and enjoyed being a at home mother and grandmother. Shirley loved going to Yard Sales. She was a former member of the Community Covenant Church, in Rehoboth. Besides her husband, Douglas, she is survived by her sons and spouses, Douglas Veronesi and Kim of Dighton, Barry Veronesi and Wendy-Hines Veronesi of Attleboro, and Glenn Veronesi and James Barker of CT. She is the grandmother of Ryan, Hannah, Riley, and Tyler. Shirley is the sister of Eleanor Donati of Middleboro. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Visiting Hours on Wednesday, July 4, 2018, from 4-8PM, in the Crapo-Hathaway Funeral Home, 350 Somerset Ave., Taunton. Private family burial will be held in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, West Bridgewater, on Thursday. Donations in her memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
