Meggie “Midge” Lamon Compton, age 78, of Sevierville, passed away Saturday, June 30, 2018. She was a faithful member of River of Life Church of God. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ollie and Hermey Lamon; sisters, Lenora Blackwell, Lucille Lamon, and Iva Carr; brothers, Herbert, Ken, Rex and Sam Lamon; husband, Herbert H. Compton.
