Obituary for Mary Josephine Price Mary “Josie” Price, age 76 of New Market, TN passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at Jefferson Park in Dandridge, after a long battle with Parkinson Disease. Josie as her friend and family know her was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great great grandmother, aunt and friend who will be greatly missed by all that knew her. Josie’s greatest passion were her family and sewing and loved to talk about both with everyone. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bonnie and Clifford Lewis of New Market, her husband of 60 years, Dee Price; her son, Gary Price daughter, Pamela Peer; sisters: Ruth Watkins, Edna Holdway, Betty Campbell and brother: Clyde Lewis. Josie is survived by her granddaughter: Tosha Price, grandsons: Nick Peer, and Cody Price, great granddaughter: Winter Rose, brother-in-law: Johnny Campbell, special niece: Debbie Killion and several other nieces and nephews. The family would like to take this time to thank all of the nurses and CNA’S (especially Bobbie and Jamie) at Jefferson Park for their excellent care of Josie. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 PM, Saturday, July 7, 2018 at New Market Methodist (formerly Wooten’s Chapel), Hwy 11-E, New Market, TN, with Rev. Richie Hayes officiating.
