Obituary for Marshall Adams Marshall Charles Adams Sunrise: March 18,1939 Sunset: June 18, 2018 Marshall Charles Adams was born to Jesse and Daisy Adams in Detroit, MI on March 18, 1939. He was raised in Detroit and had five siblings, in which four preceded him in death. Marshall was educated in the Detroit Public Schools and graduated from Northwestern High School in 1957. After graduation he joined the United States Coast Guards. During the time of his service he was awarded several medals of honor. He developed a passion for art and music. He became quite an “Artist.” You will find his paintings from his art collections hanging in schools, homes, and offices being admired by people from all walks of life. During his time in the military, he began his family and parented nine children. At the age of 64, he found his childhood sweetheart, Christine, and was united in marriage on April 29, 2006. To this marriage was added two step children. Marshall was baptized in 2004 at Gate To Glory Apostolic Faith Church and it was then that he began his walk with the Lord. Soon afterwards, he became a member of Word of Grace Church in Taylor, MI. After several years of loyal and faithful dedication, he became a member of the Deacon Board serving until his move to Florida in 2017. Marshall leaves to cherish his memories, his loving wife, Christine, eleven children, thirteen grandchildren, six great-grand children, one sister, a host of nieces, nephews,and friends.
