Lawrence P Cosentine 2018

Lawrence P. Cosentine, 72, of Jersey Shore, died Sunday Evening July 22, 2018, at the ManorCare Health Center in Jersey Shore. Born May 15, 1946, in Williamsport, he was the son of Thomas Cosentine and the former Nellie Barner. Lawrence retired from Lycoming Gas and Oil Company in Williamsport as the bookkeeper. He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Jersey Shore for 41 years. Surviving is his loving wife, the former Nancy E. Cline, they were united in marriage June 18, 1977, in the Heshbon United Methodist Church; two sons, Daniel R. (Jen) Consentine, of South Williamsport and Andrew L. Consentine, of Jersey Shore; sisters, Rebecca Boyles, of Medford, Oregon and Freda (Steve) Dunkle, of Tennessee; and a brother, George (Nancy) Babcock, of Williamsport. A memorial service will be held 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 25, 2018, at the Trinity United Methodist Church, 1407 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore, PA 17740. Friends may call from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday evening at the church. The Rev. Brian Moyer will officiate. He will be laid to rest in the Salladasburg Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Trinity United Methodist Church or to the ALS Foundation, 321 Norristown Road, Suite 260, Ambler, PA 19002.
