Erma B Kushman 2018

Erma Buckley Kushman was accepted into the arms of her Lord and Savior on June 30, 2018 at Rennes West, in Peshtigo, WI. She was born in Estill Springs, TN on June 13, 1921 to AJ & Nora Sue (Brandon) Buckley. On June 12, 1943 she married Glen A Kushman of Peshtigo, WI. She was a loving wife, caring mother, beautiful homemaker and wonderful cook. Her pies, German chocolate cake, Christmas baking, fried chicken and many salads were always enjoyed by family & friends. She welcomed missionaries, ministers and friends into their home. She loved to knit and crochet. Her family treasures the many afghans that she lovingly made for them. She and her husband ran Kushman Watch and Clock Repair. Survivors include two daughters, Betty (Randy) Waller of Woodstock, IL and Barbara (Duane) Erickson of Carney, MI. A son, Donald Kushman of McHenry, IL. Daughter-in-law, Phyllis Kushman of Marion, IN, Ten grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, one brother-in-law, two sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son, David Glen, 2 granddaughters, Tamara Kushman and Katie Erickson, and eight siblings. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Rennes West and Heartland Hospice for the loving care given to their mother. Private services will be held at a later date.
