Damien E Forsythe, 34, beloved husband and father, passed away unexpectedly on July 18, 2018. Born in Kensington, Philadelphia, the son of the late Anthony Lombardo and Lisa Marie, Damien grew up in Philadelphia and New Jersey before settling down in Exeter, Pa to raise his family. A gifted chef, with an undying love for Eagles football (Fly Eagles Fly!), Damien’s most ardent passion was for his wife and children. He was preceded in death by an older brother. Surviving are his wife of four years, Jocalynn Shepherd Forsythe, children Damien Jr and Alivia Rose, as well as a younger brother Michael Axe. Damiens family ask that you spend time with your children, take a walk with your loved ones, and make a toast to enduring friendships lifelong and beyond. Cherish every moment. Private services are being held for family and close friends.
