Mrs. Carolyn Faye Overbay age 77 of LaFollette passed away Saturday, June 30, 2018. She was a member of High Knob Missionary Baptist Church for 42 years, and a beloved choir leader for 25 years. Psalm 100:2 – “Serve the Lord with gladness, come before his presence with singing.” This verse describes the person of Carolyn Overbay and it was visible to all of her church family and friends. Whether the need was for food to be prepared and delivered to anyone in need, or whether it was leading the choir in singing praises to the Lord, Carolyn was a willing vessel at any hour of the day.
