William Frank Hale February 9 1947 June 14 2018 (age 71)

William “Frank” Hale, 71, of Stanford, KY passed away on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at home. Born February 9, 1947 in Stanford to the late James Lee Hale and Mary Alene Godbey Hale, he worked as a carpenter for most of his life, and was a member of Fairview Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Rona Rae Gooch Hale of Stanford, KY; four daughters, Regina Dawn Henson (Mark) of Danville, KY, Tina Marie Wayland (Brad) of Lebanon, KY, Denise Lynn Sims (Jeff) of Fairfield, OH, and Michelle Mae Monnett of Stanford, KY; two sisters, Norma States (Joe) of Stanford, KY, and Barbara Rice (Lloyd) of Waynesburg, KY; seventeen grandchildren, Jesse, Emily, Matthew, Cody, Casey, Andrew, Sarah, Chloe, Riley, Aiden, Aaron, Daniel, Sean, Josh, Seth, Caleb, and Lilly; one great-grandchild, Elsie; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation will be Monday, June 18, 2018 at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel, Stanford from 5-8pm. Funeral service will be 11am Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at the funeral home with Rev. David Conrades and Bro. Johnny Baker officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery. Casket bearers are: Wayne Godbey, Ray Godbey, Larry Brown, Shelby Lakes, Paul Rice, Jerry Davidson, and Jimmy Henderson.
