Obituary for Robert “Butch” A. Pielka Robert “Butch” A. Pielka, 71, of Wall Twp., NJ, passed away Saturday, June 9, 2018. Born in North Jersey, he was a longtime resident of Wall Twp. He was a graduate of the University of Dayton, where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Robert owned several businesses on the Jersey Shore, but was most proud of being a former part owner of the Stone Pony in Asbury Park. He was a loving and caring man whose home was open to everyone. He will be missed by all. Robert is survived by his daughter, Jessica Pielka of Ocean Grove, NJ and a granddaughter Alexis Ackerman. A memorial gathering will be offered Thursday, June 21, 2018 4:00pm – 8:00pm at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 145 St. Catherine Blvd., Toms River.
