Obituary for Randolph O. Potts Randolph was born in Rock Hill, SC to Zorado and J.D. Potts. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Georgia Potts; two children, Lora P Bryson of Lancaster and Dwayne Potts of N.C.; two grandchildren, K.C. Gray of Swansboro (Kristin) and Christy Lewis (Jody) of Newport, N.C.; his sister, Joyce Ashley of Indian Land; and three great-grandchildren, Landon Lewis, Cade Lewis and Savannah Gray. Randy was a golfer, a diehard Clemson Tiger and a lover of his family. He graduated from Clemson in 1955 and later received his master’s degree. He was a member of Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church where in earlier years he held many leadership roles. For seventeen years he was a teacher and coach at Indian Land High School and later served as Principal. Before retirement he worked for Kanawha Insurance as a Sales Executive and then Vice President of Marketing. Family will receive friends at 2 p.m., Saturday, June 30, 2018 at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall to celebrate his life. Memorials may be made to Pleasant Hill U.M.C.
