Our beloved mother, Patricia Bowen, 81, of Green Bay, VA, was called home to be with her Heavenly Father and beloved husband, Jessie Bowen, Jr. on Thursday, June 14, 2018. She is survived by her children; Wendy O’Donnell (Brian Roell) of Midlothian, VA, Sharon Miller (Anthony) of Green Bay, VA, Bruce Bowen (Darlene Sadler) of Crewe, VA, Susan Bowen of Amelia, VA; eight grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren. Patricia was retired from Holly Farms/Tyson Hatchery after 26 years of service. She enjoyed cooking, specialty cake/pie baking/decorating, camping, reading, listening to music (loved Elvis Presley), sewing and spending time with family. Friends may visit from 5 to 8 pm on Monday, June 18 at Morrissett Funeral and Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd. N. Chesterfield, VA 23234. Funeral service will be held at 2 pm on Tuesday, June 19 at Morrissett Funeral Home Chapel. Burial to follow at Dale Memorial Park, 10201 Newbys Bridge Rd. Chesterfield, VA. A reception will be held after the funeral at Morrissett Funeral & Cremation Service. Special thanks to Kindred Hospice and Bonview Nursing Home Facility, Richmond, VA, for the special care during our mother’s long illness. To our beloved mother, grandmother & great grandmother; “You will be missed greatly”
