Obituary for Myra Middleton Brown Greenville – Myra M. Brown, 62, passed away Friday, June 8, 2018 after a lengthy illness. In keeping with her wishes, no services are planned. Myra, daughter of the late Clarence and Flora Middleton, spent the majority of her life in Greenville. In August of 2016, she retired after 30 years from ECU as a faculty member in the Health Information Management Department. She was dedicated to her work, students, and family, especially her four grandchildren who were the joy of her life. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Lee Brown; daughter, Erin B. Kawasaki and husband Chris, and their children, Crystal, Naomi and Asher, all of Greenville; son, Jon Brown and wife Anna, and their son, Baxter, all of Kinston; and sisters, Gloria Wagner and Velma Middleton. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ronald McDonald House, 529 Moye Blvd, Greenville, NC 27834.
