Manju Mittal, 68, passed away Saturday, June 9, 2018. She was born November 28, 1949 in Sangrur, India, daughter of the late Chintamani and Shakuntala Goel. She was a beloved and devoted mother and wife. She will be remembered for her kindness and knowing smile, her love for hosting friends and family, her amazing food, her beautiful voice, and her unconditional love for her family. She is survived by her husband Subhash Mittal; daughter Surabhi Kumar and her husband Amit; son Shloke Mittal and his wife Renu; grandchildren: Anika Kumar, Nikhil Kumar, Neer Mittal, Yash Mittal; her twin sister Madhu Agrawal, her sisters: Meenu Singh and Kusum Gilja; and her brother Ramesh Goel. A celebration of her life will begin at 10:30 am, Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service Chapel, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale, NC 27545. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Diabetes Research Institute at www.diabetesresearch.org/Give or to the Ronald McDonald House Charities at www.rmhc.org/donate.
