Obituary for Jerrold Arnold Jerrold David Arnold, 77, of Ruston, Louisiana passed away on June 11, 2018 in Ruston, Louisiana. Family and friends will gather to celebrate his life at a graveside service at 10:00 AM Wednesday, June 13, 2018 in the Andrews Old Cemetery in Andrews, Texas. Please celebrate his life by visiting www.mcnettfuneralhome.com. David was born on January 23, 1941 in Maud, Oklahoma to Dee Arnold and Lily Delilah White Arnold. He was raised in Andrews and was a past member of the First Baptist Church in Loraine, Texas and Second Baptist Church in Andrews. He moved to Ruston in 2007 to live with his sister. He loved playing church songs every day on his keyboard. He was loved by many and will be missed by all. David never met a stranger, and if he didn’t know you he would introduce himself. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Recia Jo Arnold Shults. David is survived by his sister, Gertrude Johnston of Odessa, Texas, nephews, Ricky Johnston and wife, Sarah, of Maricopa, Arizona, James Shults and wife, Barbara, of Ruston, Louisiana, and Larry Shults and wife, Sharilee, of Aurora, Colorado.
