Obituary for Gloria Rudd Gloria Ann Rudd, 58, of Carterville, passed away at 2:50 p.m., Friday, June 1, 2018 in Herrin Hospital with her family by her side. Gloria was born August 1, 1959 in Marion to Lewis Everett and Anna Margaret (Karcher) Corzine. She married William Rudd on August 1, 2001. He preceded her in death on January 4, 2016. Gloria was a homemaker and was of the Christian faith. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her great-granddaughter. She enjoyed flower gardening, listening to country music, collecting angels and Indian plates and statues. Gloria is survived by her biological daughter, Casandra Johns of Des Plaines; two granddaughters, Tiffany Ballenger and Holly Rudd; great-granddaughter, LeeAnne Corzine; three sisters, Emma (Leon) Edwards of Christopher, Virginia (Mike) Hayden of Marion and Annie (Bill) Hyndmann of New Jersey; three brothers, Lewis (Donna) Corzine of St. Charles, Fred (Kathy) Corzine of Johnston City and Ray (Beth) Corzine of Carpentersville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Gloria was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter, Anne Marie Corzine; two sisters, Pearl Elizabeth Corzine and Patricia Johns; three brothers, Joe, Chris and Kenneth Corzine. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, June 4, 2018 in Pyle Funeral Home in Johnston City with Rev. Donnie Colson officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Inurnment will be at a later date in Earlington Cemetery in Earlington, Ky.
