Obituary for George William Skinner Jr. Farmville………………………….George William Skinner Jr., age 69, lost his battle with cancer, Wednesday May 30, 2018. Funeral service will be held Saturday June 2, at 2:00 P.M. at the Farmville Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Doug Owens. Interment will follow at Hollywood Cemetery. Mr. Skinner loved, motorcycles, old cars, and farming. He enjoyed spending time with his friends at car shows and in the mountains. He is survived by a son, Christopher Skinner of the home; sister, Joan Hardison Williams of Burlington; and grandchildren, Caleb Skinner, Lucas Skinner, Caden Hall, and Ethan Skinner.
