Evelyn is survived by her parents, Jacob Franks, Sr. and Patricia Beard of Porcupine, SD; sister, Ayden Franks, of Pine Ridge, SD; brother, Jacob Franks, Jr. of Pine Ridge, SD; grandparents, Kenith and Jennifer Franks of Pine Ridge, SD, and Mirian Lays Bad of Porcupine, SD; great-grandparents, Richard and Mary Mousseau of Calico, SD, and Clara Lays Bad and Darlene Pumpkin Seed, both of Porcupine, SD; aunts, Brianna Beard, Carrie Beard and Shaina Johnson, all of Porcupine, SD, and Maya Franks of Pine Ridge, SD; and uncles, Patrick Bordeaux of Porcupine, SD and Kenith Franks of Pine Ridge, SD.
