Edwin Lee Casenhiser Thursday, May 31, 2018 Edwin Lee Casenhiser, after a long adventurous life, passed away doing what he loved, shoveling mulch in his front yard at the age of 76. Edwin was an avid lover of the outdoors and enjoyed spending his time at October Hill Campground in Loudonville, Ohio with his family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents, Richard & Martha Casenhiser. He leaves behind the love of his life, Kathleen Casenhiser (Bridges); and 5 children, Lisa (Tim) Farling, Ed (Rob), Theresa (George) Tasich, Bryan (Tera), Scott (Amy); 9 grandchildren, Jake, Erin, Cameron, Vincent, Noah, Victoria, Isabella, Courtney, Corinne; adopted family members, Kelly and Conner Dentici; brothers and sisters, Joan (Bill) Weist, Richard (Annie), Jimmy (Sally), Paul (Teri), Mark (Linda) and a large host of other relatives and friends. Calling hours are from 10 to 12 on Thursday, June 7, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 1905 Portage Trail in Cuyahoga Falls immediately followed by Mass of Christian Burial at noon. Internment at Northlawn Memorial Gardens. As Ed was not a fan of formal attire, we request no suits and ties at his service. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the American Red Cross or Cuyahoga Valley National Park System.
