Obituary for Dorothy Foote Foote, Dorothy B. of Cambridge and Belmont passed on to her home with Jesus on May 30, 2018. Dorothy was born July 6, 1922 in Lamaline, Newfoundland to Luke and Mary Ann (Bonnell) Foote. As a young child, whose mother died, Dorothy was lovingly raised by her Aunt Lizzie and Uncle Ern. She was predeceased by brothers John, William, Reginald, Norman, Luke and sisters Ada, Elsie, Phoebe and Phyllis. She is survived by beloved brother Calvin of Newfoundland, her nephew Reverend Les Bonnell and his wife Marie of British Columbia, her niece Beatrice (Bonnell) and husband Reverend Gilbert Holloway of Hamilton, Ontario and many dearly loved nieces and nephews who will always remember her as a humble, beautiful soul and much beloved Aunt and Sister. She was a blessing and dear friend of the Currie family and to many at Tremont Temple Baptist Church in Boston. Dorothy was a faithful woman who cherished her family and loved and served Jesus with all her heart. Burial will occur on Tuesday June 5th at 11:00 am at Oak Grove Cemetery in Falmouth.
