Our precious Mother, Grandmother, Great-grandmother, Betty Sue Pierson, joined her Heavenly Father on May 29, 2018 in Shenandoah, Texas. She lived 90 ½ wonderful years filled with love, travel, & adventures. Betty was born to Robert Earl Lewis and Anna Mae Irene on November 4, 1927 in Little Rock, Arkansas. In 1985, she married Lawrence Glenn Pierson. Betty and Larry loved to travel around the states and listen to bluegrass music together. She is survived by her loving husband of 33… Read More » years, Larry, her children, Rodney Sikes, Candy Suire (Tommy), Eddie Williams, and Kim Gilstrap (Chris); as well as her siblings: Pat Puckett (Larry) and Don Lewis, six grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. She is proceeded in death by both parents, her son Kenneth Sikes, and siblings; Richard, Augusta, Robert, Lou, Tommie, Frankie, and Bill. Services celebrating Betty’s life will be Saturday, June 2, 2018 at 11:00 AM at McNutt Funeral Home, with Pastor Larry Puckett officiating. Burial at Willis Cemetery will follow. A visitation will be held on Friday, June 1, 2018 from 5pm-8pm at McNutt Funeral Home, located at 1703 Porter Road, Conroe, Texas 77301.
