Obituary for Joann Wyeth Joann Wyeth, age 79, widow of the late Frank L. Wyeth, passed away Monday, May 28, 2018 at her residence. Born October 15, 1938 in Conway, she was the daughter of the late Leston Sherwood and Ruth Fayette Gore Boyd. Mrs. Wyeth worked as a nurse and was the owner of Wyeth’s Nursing Pool for over 25 years. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Surviving are her two daughters, Sandra D. Wood (Dan) and Laura Wyeth Johnston (Michael); two sons, William “Bill” Boyd Wyeth and Robert Frank Wyeth (Stacy); grandchildren, Bobby Wood, Andrew Wyeth, Tyler Wyeth, Mikey Johnston, and Wriley Johnston; great-grandchildren, Elliott Jacobson, Easton Wyeth, and William Wyeth; and two brothers, Leon “Buddy” Boyd and Leonard Boyd. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM Sunday, June 3, 2018 at Hillcrest Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. Brad Bellah officiating. Entombment will follow. The family will receive friends at the grave one hour prior to the service. Memorial donations may be made to Dystonia Foundation, PO Box 303, Startex, SC 29377.
