Barbara was the eldest of eight siblings. She was the grandmother to five grandcats including Smokey and four who preceded her in death—Jack, Ms. Puss, Sofie, and Zoe who she showered with catnip and toys. Barbara graduated in 1961 from Sylvania, Northview and worked as an Executive Assistant at Owens-Illinois. She chose to dedicate all her energy to her husband and kids as a housewife and mom where she will be remembered for superior organizing skills, an awesome mac and cheese, sense of humor, visiting her kids and buying home décor, and always saying, “glad to have you home for the holidays.” Donations may be sent to the American Cancer Society.
