STEVEN A. HAINES Steven A. Haines, 66, formerly of West Milton, more recently of Stow passed away at 11:19 a.m. Friday, May 25, 2018 at University Hospital Cleveland Medical Center. He was born February 9, 1952 in Piqua to Ralph H. and Elizabeth J. (Reardon) Haines who survive in Piqua. Other survivors include his wife, Sheila L. (Blizman) Haines whom he married June 14, 1974 in Troy; two sons, S. Matthew (Ashley) Haines of Stow, Rob (Melisa) Haines of Plymouth, Michigan; four grandchildren, Matelyn, Jacklyn, Ethan, Mia; and two brothers, R. Douglas (Connie) Haines of Troy and Michael (Cindy) Haines of Piqua. Mr. Haines was a 1971 graduate of Piqua Central High School and attended college. He worked for the Heritage Company of Indianapolis as a Regional Sales Representative. He also served as a Volunteer Firefighter with the Tipp City Fire Department for many years. He enjoyed Classic Cars, fishing, camping and various sports. He will be remembered for his love of family and being quite the story teller, and will be missed by his loving family and many friends. A service to honor his life will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 2, 2018 at the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Chalk officiating. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
