Obituary for Isabella Podgurski Isabella Podgurski , 86 of Holiday City Berkeley passed away on Saturday May 26, 2018 at Atrium Post Acute Care Center in Hamilton, NJ. Isabella was born in Long Branch, NJ formerly of Newark, Union, NJ and Tobyhanna, PA and moved to Holiday City Berkeley in 2001. She retired in 1998 as Transportation Supervisor from the Union Township Board of Education where she worked for 25 years. Isabella was a parishioner of St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, Berkeley Township. She was active in her community and was a member of The Red Hat Society and various bowling leagues. Isabella was a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother and will be missed by all who knew her. Isabella is predeceased by her husband Walter in 2008, brothers; Bob, Howard, Mac, Jack, and Stewart. Surviving is her son Walter Podgurski and his wife Kathy of Hamilton, NJ, her two daughters; Nancy Podgurski of Toms River, NJ and Lynda Podgurski of Nutley, NJ, four grandchildren; Brock, Ben, Kristen, Kara and many loving nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends on Wednesday from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm at The Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals 145 St. Catherine Blvd. Toms River, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday at 10:30am at St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, Berkeley Township, NJ. Burial will follow to Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River, NJ.
