Obituary for Cecil “Scotty” Scott Cecil W. Scott “Scotty” passed away peacefully on Friday, May 25, 2018 at the age of 88. Beloved husband of Betty. Loving father of Cecil W. Scott II “Duke” (Raquel) and Nancy Bass. Dearest grandfather of Jeremy Bass, Samantha Scott, and Joshua Scott and great-grandfather to Grayson who is on the way. A memorial service with military honors will take place at 11am on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at Jefferson Avenue Presbyterian Church, 8625 E. Jefferson, Detroit. A private burial will take place at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, MI Order Flowers
