Angelina Angie Pinto Vasapolli 2018

Peabody, formerly of Saugus, Mrs. Angelina “Angie” (Pinto) Vasapolli passed away at Brooksby Village in Peabody on Friday, May 18th. She was the wife of the late John “Giovanni” Vasapolli. Born in Wilmerding, PA, Angelina was the daughter of the late Pasquale and Philomena (Rizzo) Pinto. Angie lived in Lynn and was a resident of Saugus for over 50 years before moving to Peabody in 2005. She was a hairdresser for over 50 years in Lynn before her retirement. Mrs. Vasapolli leaves her two children, Attorney John Vasapolli and his wife Linda of Saugus, Joanne McGee and her husband Kevin of Derry, NH; three grandchildren, Max McGee, Joseph Vasapolli, David Vasapolli; one great-grandchild, Arianna Vasapolli; one brother, Joseph “Scoop” Pinto of FL. She was predeceased by her two sisters, Lena Scire and Mary Pinto. SERVICE INFORMATION Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours in the Bisbee-Porcella Funeral Home, 549 Lincoln Ave., SAUGUS on Monday from 4-8 p.m. Funeral from the funeral home on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. followed by a funeral mass in Blessed Sacrament Church, 14 Summer St., Saugus at 10:30 a.m. To send flowers or a remembrance gift to the family of Angelina Vasapolli, please visit our Tribute Store.
