James Marshall Lambdin, age 83, of North Hwy 25W, Williamsburg, Kentucky departed this life on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at the Baptist Health in Corbin, Kentucky. He was born on January 17, 1935 in Williamsburg, Kentucky to Lawrence Lambdin and Eva White Lambdin. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Eva Lambdin; three sisters, Norma Satterfield, Bobbi Martin, and Faye Helton; and step-mother, Helen Lambdin. James was a member of Good Hope Baptist Church in Corbin, Kentucky. He… Read More » is survived by his daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Lambdin of East Bernstadt, Kentucky; three step-daughters, Vickie Lehew of Norwood, Ohio, Linda Roush of Reading, Ohio, and Jessica Baker of London, Kentucky; two sisters, Ruth Powers of Corbin and Margie Bailey of Salyersville; two brothers, Willis Lambdin of Woodbine and Glenn Lambdin of Pheonix, Arizona; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing. Visitation will after 5:00 P.M. Thursday, May 31, 2018 at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel. The Funeral Service will be at 11:00 A.M. Friday, June 1, 2018 at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Doyle Lester officiating. Following the service he will be laid to rest in the Stanfill Addition of Pleasant View Cemetery.
